A therapy aims at provoking changes in attitudes, behaviors, ways of thinking or reacting in a person, in order to allow him/her to feel better, to find answers to his/her questions, to solve problems, to make choices, to better understand him/herself.
WakeFree Therapy takes the present moment as its basis. It brings the person to fully settle in the moment, to see the resistances, to feel the emotions, the agitation, and to let themselves be guided by what appears.
No escape possible, no appropriation of what arises, no intention. To be there, only there. Listening.
Like tuning an instrument, you let yourself be “tuned”, put in tune. It is a session of synchronization with yourself.
First postulate: everything that has been experienced does not belong to the past but to the present moment. It is therefore from what is felt here and now that the exploration begins.
Second postulate: suffering comes from our resistance to events. All the work will be to feel, to welcome, to see how I am never there, but always fleeing elsewhere, towards an imaginary that something else would be better. The simple fact of seeing and feeling, without escaping the situation, will allow a deep letting go.
Third assumption: there is no solution that is not already within you. By fully settling down here and now, in the calm, the tumult or the agitation, by allowing the possibility of silence and of what is “greater than us” to manifest itself, the solution will emerge by taking a form sometimes unexpected.
By placing the individual at the heart of himself and his life, by bringing him to see what is as it is, by opening perception beyond the five senses, WakeFree Therapy proposes to free oneself from repetitive behavioral loops by taking as an absolute reference what is expressed in the moment.
To see one’s own functioning, to feel and explore the expression of one’s body, without reference, is, for the Kashmiri tradition, the only way to freedom.

WakeFree Therapy is the culmination of a long and fascinating research of about twenty years, during which I have followed hundreds of people and listened to countless stories and life issues. After having tested different therapies and observed the results in each one, after having transmitted for more than 15 years the Yoga of Kashmir, this therapy allows me to accompany you in an individual work which allies the power of the moment to the intensity of the listening.
The effects are immediate after the first session. It is a brief therapy, and the number of sessions varies according to the work sought.
